Who you are buying from

Pond & Pump Co. is a trading name of Stephen Meredith. Our business address is The Grange, Berrington, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY5 6HB. Contact us by email at info@pondandpump.co.uk. We are your retailer and your first contact for orders, delivery problems, returns and faults, including when another UK supplier dispatches your goods.

Products and compatibility

Check the model, dimensions, connections and other specifications on the product page before ordering. If you need help, send us your equipment model and a clear photograph of its identification label. A shared wattage, brand or approximate appearance alone does not establish that a spare fits. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. Any specific compatibility advice we give must match the equipment information you provide.

Prices and delivery

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes and standard delivery to eligible ordinary UK mainland addresses. The product page and basket show the price you will pay for that delivery option. Additional delivery services or destinations outside this service area require an agreed quote before payment. You will not be charged an undisclosed delivery fee after ordering.

Placing and accepting an order

You can review your items, quantities, address and total, and correct mistakes, before the final payment step. Orders and customer support are provided in English. By placing an order, you offer to buy the listed goods on these terms. An automated order or payment acknowledgement confirms receipt only. We accept your order when we send an express order acceptance email after checking availability and delivery eligibility. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and promptly return any payment already taken. We will not increase an accepted order price without your agreement.

We will email the accepted order details, these terms and cancellation information in a format you can keep. Please save them. Contact us promptly if an address or order detail needs correcting; changes may be limited once dispatch has begun.

Dispatch and responsibility

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel from different UK dispatch locations. This does not add to the included standard delivery charge. Delivery estimates and any agreed exceptions are explained on our Delivery page. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, subject to your legal rights. Please contact us about a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery.

Cancellation, returns and faults

You can cancel an eligible online goods order without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days after the day you receive it. Our Cancellation and Returns pages explain the time limits, return costs and refunds. Faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods supplied contrary to an agreed purpose carry separate statutory rights. A manufacturer warranty is additional to those rights and does not replace our responsibilities.

Problems and complaints

Email info@pondandpump.co.uk with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and explain the proposed resolution. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights or the right to bring a claim in a court available to you under UK law.

VAT status

We are not VAT registered. No VAT is added to your order.
