Product and compatibility questions
Send the manufacturer, exact model, approximate age and a clear photograph of the rating or model label. For a UV lamp or fitting, include the existing part code, base or connector type and relevant measurements. Please switch off and isolate equipment before inspecting it, and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions. Do not dismantle electrical equipment for a photograph.
We can help you check documented specifications and compatibility. We will tell you when information is incomplete instead of promising that a similar-looking part will fit. Our advice does not replace a manufacturer's installation instructions or a qualified electrician where one is needed.
Order, delivery and returns help
Include your order reference, the affected item and a brief description. For a damaged or incorrect item, photographs may help, but are not a requirement for exercising your legal rights. Pond & Pump Co. is your retailer and support contact even when your parcel arrives from a supplier.
