Cancel an order

Your cancellation period

For eligible online goods orders, you can cancel from placing the order until 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods. For a single order delivered in separate parts, the period normally starts after the last item arrives. Send your cancellation statement before the period expires. If goods have arrived, send them back within 14 calendar days of notifying us.

Include your order reference if available, the items to cancel and your contact details. If dispatch has already begun, we may not be able to stop the parcel, but this does not remove your right to cancel. The Returns page explains return costs, handling and refunds.

Returning the goods

Return address: The Grange, Berrington, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY5 6HB. We can help confirm the correct destination, particularly if your order came from more than one dispatch location. Keep evidence that you sent the goods back. A cancellation acknowledgement or return reference is helpful for tracking; neither is a condition of your statutory cancellation right.
